Individual-Focused Options

At Stack'd Leadership, everything begins with the individual. We promote honest self-assessment and provide a method to guide a simple Q&A style exploration to build and grow people. Better yet, we mentor teams and leaders on how to replicate this process on their own and apply it through easy, people-focused exercises and activities.

Ideas & Options Include:

Timeline Reflections | When & where did you add your pieces? How have you evolved?

Here and There | How do you compare to versions of yourself in different environments?

Team-centric options

Building a high-performing team has always been a top goal for any group trying to get stuff done. And there are endless theories and ways to accomplish it. Stack'd Leadership takes a very straight-forward and easily-to-apply approach by teaching individuals (AKA team members) some basic concepts and challenging them to self-reflect and self-assess at a personal level and then applies it through a team-focus perspective. This drives a team-wide shared and simultaneous realization while highlighting pathways of growth & change.

Ideas & Options include:

In the Blind | Do your thoughts about your team match your peer? boss? Customer?

Partner Perspectives | Would someone else build the same stack for you that you have?

Task Sorting | How do your teammates see/feel about team tasks and activities?

Shared Stacks | Can you guess which partner owns which part of a combined column?
